WHAT DOES CHED SCHOLARSHIP MEAN?

I need this scholarship to sustain my scientific studies although I have a father or mother but they could’t maintain me it’s since we’re lousy. That’s why I want this scholarship to offer for the duration of my scientific tests.I recognize for this helpful method..to all pupils,just like me that loved to finish analyze.i hope that I can us
